Excellent service, starting with prompt response to the voice message we left on answer phone (Thurs PM), followed by visit first thing next morning (Fri) when I'm sure it was difficult to fit us in to an already busy schedule. Service was exemplary. Problem fixed at minimum cost. Lots of useful info given on how to keep washing machine problem-free in future. We've also contacted Simon once previously re a fridge-freezer problem and he gave great advice over the phone free of charge so that we could fix problem ourselves which saved us a call-out fee. Can't fault this company. Can't believe the handful of one star reviews left here. Thought they must be talking about a different company! Thank you Simon! You saved the day as the washing machine broke in the run up to visitors arriving! Stress averted! Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for recommendations.

Fantastic service. It's hard to find a call out domestic appliances repair service. Especially a good one and a I now found it.
