Oven not working, contacted through messenger last night, expecting a response today, but got a message straight back (clearly outside of working hours). He asked a few questions via messenger to resolve (bigger companies rarely do this) and then agreed to come out at 1pm today. Turned up on time, Covid 19 aware, fixed the problem and left. Job done in 30 mins! No issues, great service, so if you’re looking for a reliable, honest repair, please contact them!

Diagnosed the issue over the phone, was over five minutes later and immediately fixed the issue. Here was me thinking I'd be out of a washing machine for a week! Reasonably priced and the closest thing to a fairy godmother for washing machines you can get.

Knew what the problem was with my Bosch washing machine after explaining the problem and came out the same day and repaired it. Brilliant service and great repair price. Definitely would recommend.

Simon fitted a replacement dishwasher, fixed the oven then a week later sorted the washing machine. Really great service and very professional especially at these difficult times.

Great customer service. I called up because my oven wasn't working, less than two hours later the problem was diagnosed, the part was replaced and my oven is back working. Very pleased with this service especially during a particularly difficult time. Thank you very much, will use again.

I don't use social media but I had to sign up to give these people a review.I called this morning around 11 am after receiving a quote from another company who wanted £80 just to visit me in 4 days time. This company had fixed my washing machine by 3pm on the same day so now the school uniform panic is over. Cost me £30 instead of £300 for a new washing machine. Thank you Mo
