Oven not working, contacted through messenger last night, expecting a response today, but got a message straight back (clearly outside of working hours). He asked a few questions via messenger to resolve (bigger companies rarely do this) and then agreed to come out at 1pm today. Turned up on time, Covid 19 aware, fixed the problem and left. Job done in 30 mins! No issues, great service, so if you’re looking for a reliable, honest repair, please contact them!

Diagnosed the issue over the phone, was over five minutes later and immediately fixed the issue. Here was me thinking I'd be out of a washing machine for a week! Reasonably priced and the closest thing to a fairy godmother for washing machines you can get.

I don't use social media but I had to sign up to give these people a review. I called this morning around 11 am after receiving a quote from another company who wanted £80 just to visit me in 4 days time. This company had fixed my washing machine by 3pm on the same day so now the school uniform panic is over. Cost me £30 instead of £300 for a new washing machine. Thank you Mo
